The Crotch Scratching Syndrome !!! :)

Oh! I am back to pour some more of my vile observations and verbal diarrhea. Those of you who do not intend to lose any bit of your sane mind, please read no more, as I wouldn't like to be adjourned as the person responsible for causing insanity in this corrupt & laid back populace of our country.

It all starts with the recent much hyped, seriously failing Indian Cricket Team's shameless performance with the Brits that too in their own country (Now, we all can blame the Brits of some sort of evil conspiracy that led to otherwise all winning Boys in Blue Team's failure), but I don't criticize them, after all it's all about making money, (poor Hockey Team, alas you can't have what cricketers have :().

I am here to talk about the crotch scratching that happens on the field, now I am not an expert, however I understand it's something bowlers do for some swing thing, but my question is why crotch, why not any other part, it's a common sight in India, infield, off field, no field, ....

Leave alone cricket, people in buses, trains, home, etc. Indian men just love the scratch, in fact after watching cricket, I saw it as another advertisement for crotch scratching :D (now becoming a global phenomena with cricketers from all the world joining in the glorious scratch).

All in all looks, soon itch guard would get numerous new customers :D All they need to do is advertise with cricket in mind. After all in this country glory, fame and money is only for crotch scratchers i.e. politicians, film stars, & cricketers.

The Search for my Mojo

It's the simplest assumption and mostly that goes right in the book, that if you have screwed up big time in life you are bound to release that anger, pain, jealousy, aggression, (What not!) on any resource that has always been there, but you were just too engrossed with your day to day life that you had completely ignored it to the extent where you forgot it's existence.

Right! I am talking about our Mojo, that special charm we had, that special work we did which brought forth that Mojo (OMFG! I have lost mine). I have been reading Blogs, sad stories of love's labor lost for days (Oh! you understood the reason - I see your wry smile). I see a humble pattern with all the love lost stories, they start writing Blogs (Yes, even I am so what). As you may see even, I am writing one with a difference, for no more I crib about "Why did she do this?", "God! Why me?" or "How can she?". Yes, I am affected by what happened, however some one close and dear friend once told me that once broken, you can never mend a relationship, just as a knot stays in a thread.

Oh! but why am I getting into the Love's philosophy, this is not about love or my loss (anyways it is, but not directly), its about loss of my Mojo, my charm or gift that I once had, gift that helped me pass time, enjoy my being, before I was in love.

Here I am, writing a sore Blog about my losses, biggest being her, but what can I say, you have to do, what you have to do. Again, you see, this is what I meant, I can't even put two words for two together, another loss apart from mojo "Loss of words".

God, if you haven't yet looked for a drain to drown yourself, even after reading all this crap, where I have no clues what to write, then I must say "Hats off! to you sire/ Mademoiselle, as you can withstand the most outrageous of verbal diarrhea dipped in mayonnaise of vomiting thoughts, than any normal human being.

My Trysts with the Golden water.

It all started with a sip that I was once offered as a kid, I still remember a transparent glass holding that divine golden water, off course I was told about the medical properties of the above discussed liquid and its deep impact on the throat and stomach. Yet I chose to sip it rather then gulping it down in one go.
The first encounter as I remember wasn't a pleasant one for a kid of my age, and that first sip burnt a lot deeper than i thought it would. Never the less, my second encounter came a few years later and again as the medical properties were discussed and the golden liquid was offered following the similar pattern. I again chose to sip it and this second sip wasn't the same for this I felt the divine taste more refined for a brief moment.
Following years came and I became more and more familiar with the golden water enjoying it feeling the divine magnanimity that would give me a high no other source could offer, the mystical lightness and the trance that followed, who wouldn't want to embrace such an experience so rich yet so humble.

Years later the golden water became a daily friend who would be besides me every time, the charisma of the golden water was such that it lured more of my fellows who religiously participated in experimenting the divinity. However, an year later the peaceful bliss that existed with the consumption existed no more.

The tranquility and the bliss full companionship now turned into a volatile and impulsive aftermath. Though the serene effect was gone but we all tried to regain it back with religious devotion towards the liquid, yet every time the consequences were same. The liquid had turned into a source of rage and arrogance, the pride that followed would often lead to chaos resulting in several of the comrades loosing their teeth.

The devotion didn't seize, We all fought back the demons that had corrupted the divine drink, The battle that followed left us wounded and bruised, yet there was no sign of a victory for the devil had more than we could defend.
It's said that every battle between good and evil can be won by a pure heart, and so it was a fellow disciple who saw the reason none could see. It was he who discovered the origins of the evil, for it had come with the malice in the heart of few who wanted more than they could have.

The insight of that comrade led to a immediate change in the battle plans and victory ensued.
For, now you know what evils it may bring if you wish for more than you deserve. The peace at last reigned again but, with a lesson to all of us to consume it with peace, generosity and responsibly.

Cheers to all and Drink responsibly for you might not want to invite the wrath of a hidden evil. :)

Hannibal the Cannibal and the chill in the spine.

It begins with a movie called Red Dragon, Initially I took it as just another movie on Pshyco Killers or Serial Killers. However, it wasn't what I predicted, the movie was more than it met the eye initially and the plot got me glued till the end. The movie ended but, the effect of one particular character was magical. I was so engrossed by it that I researched on the topic and came up with two more names, the sequels purely focusing on the character that had left me in an awe.
First, The Silence of the Lambs and second, Hannibal and by now no more prize for guessing the character of Dr. Hannibal Lecter, I must say the suaveness and the sharpness of the character is unmatchable. The chilling effect with which he manipulates and gets into the head of his audience was appalling.

The concept of Cannibalism was something new for the audience and the finesse in the character of Hannibal Lecter was refreshing, a perfect anti-hero, who manipulates with the mind of the best assigned to imprison him. The character also portrays a sense of love and compassion yet fierce and horrific ruthlessness.
The very words he spoke had such preciseness and yet had so many hidden meanings, I must say I was impressed by the acting, direction and the eerie feeling. All in all a complete package worth watching.

The Nuclear Holocaust

The end of the WW II saw a rise of a new found power, a Nuclear Bomb. The notorious bombs which were dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, namely "Little Boy" & "Fat Man" on Aug. 6th and 9th , 1945 started it all. The death and the destruction caused was not even expected by the one's who delivered the bombs. The Nuclear power saw the bow of the ever defying Japanese who had earlier withstood 6 months of intensive bombing. The impact of the nuclear radiations didn't die out then, aftermath could be seen for the generations.

The bombings did help in preventing the war from further extension, but later what followed wasn't predicted by anyone. The end of the World War II and the defeat of the Axis Powers. However, it started a new era of arms race amongst the countries thriving to be the super powers.
A mass scale R&D followed the post war era, numerous countries trying to get their hands on the ultimate weapon of mass destruction, none aware that what consequences await them if the fury of these weapons is unleashed. The major competition raked between the United States Of America and the former U.S.S.R, with both accumulating mass stocks of Nuclear Weapons and Biological weapons.
Today, the nuclear weapons are not confined to just few countries but a number of countries have acquired the technology to make such destructive weapons which can bring forth the total extinction of the very planet. The nuclear technology saw the invention of thermonuclear devices to which were highly destructive.
Over the years, the number of weapons that countries have developed and accumulated results in a potential threat of a nuclear destruction at the slightest provocation. In fact, the possession of such weapons by the third world nations can also result in the theft of technology by the various terrorist organizations active and awaiting for a chance to strike a mighty blow to the world peace.
The result of this haste to achieve nuclear weapon possession has resulted in a situation, when the whole world awaits this nuclear time bomb to explode and destroy the very existence of the mankind. The slightest aggression can provoke a devastation on a mass scale.

The saddest part of this whole epic is, the existence of nuclear power is the cause for the mock peace that exists between the nations.
Let's not all be fools to keep ourselves in the shelter of a shadow which can wipe out everything that exists. There is so much to the world then just war and hatred, let's give something for the harmony of our existence.

The silence that follows a war is more haunting than peace that precedes a war.

Kargil and the forgettable heroes.

It's been 9 years now since the Kargil War, which started in may 1999. Almost near to a decade and the nation has long forgotten the heroes, who fought courageously against the infiltrators. The brave soldiers withstood every odd they faced, every challenge that enemy threw at them. A number of bright and young officer's laid down there life fighting heroically for the motherland.

However, the question that still haunts the families of the martyrs of the Kargil conflict. Was it really worth it? The loss of so many youngster's who solely fought for the pride of the nation, the parents who swallowed all the pain of their loss. The proud father who spoke if he had one more son he would have sacrificed him for the country too.

But do they really deserve what they got in the end, all the big speeches of the Politicians, a memorial who nobody cares to clean, a father's struggle to get the meagre compensation offered by the Govt. The biggest shame was the coffin scam that surfaced, would fill any normal person with a sense of revulsion. The Bofors gun scam another blow to the already degraded image of the Indian politicians.

Let's not make anymore mockery of the country these heroes fought for, let us give them a reason to be content that they died protecting those who care.

The only memory of the heroes of the Kargil War remains in the heart of those, who truely believe in what they laid there lives for...........

May your souls rest in peace.

(Wars don't solve anything, they just bring death and destruction)

All in the days work.

It's funny how day to day life springs surprises, I don't intend to tell any kind of a story though but the incidents are the few common ones that are part of every normal person's life. However, at any point in time if you feel these don't connect with your life, very well to make yourself feel better you can call me abject.

A usual day begins with a bright sunny morning, a man who doesn't want to leave his bed so early and a wife who is nagging him to get up and get his sorry a** or lemme put it generously as rear or backside to the office.
Bachelor's we will talk about you someday else so cheer up you are not at the recieving end. ;)
The sullen man struggling his way to get his pants and then finally ...... the nirvana. I mean the breakfast, all done well in time to kiss sullenly, the waving wife which almost symbolises you better leave and the man's emotion of lemme sleep. The struggle to get into a local bus or train comes as a dowry, any mode you prefer. They all bring the same amount of pain afterall, none can save you from telling the true stench of the human body odour. Those of you who own a car and enjoy the luxuries of it, buckle up petrol's price is rising soon you will know what deodrant lasts all day long.

Reaching office after all the workout he recieved during his journey is refreshingly bright, for now he knows he will get to see some prized chicks he have his eyes on, the bosses secretary is always a handsdown winner, offcourse untill unless he work's for a gay or a nerd.

The afternoon comes and lunch reminds him of the ordeals of the cooking sessions that his wife takes making him feel as small and insignificant as a guniea pig. The guniea pig who has been trained to experiment every pathetic dish that can be possibly ruined beyond recognization.

The office work offcourse, who cares till you have somebody threatning you with life and the dire consequences such as getting fired.

Till that you have every right to doze off and relax yourself from the ordeals you faced right from getting up early morning, to your joyous ride to office.

The evening is spent counting hours, waiting patiently when to get over with this ordeal just to end up in another one. The idea of going to a bar never crosses his mind untilunless some devil of his friends come and force him,for he fears and knows what awaits him back home.

The moment he enters the home he knows he is just a knight in a castle ruled by the ruthless princess and all his thoughts of getting laid with the chick in the office disappear, he knows the wrath would be enough to wipe his existence from this world.
I have always seen the most notorious of the guys becoming a wagging puppies when it comes to entering their house.

But all this mysery and the sulleness comes to end when he watches a happy son, and his smiling wife. Although this sudden priceless transformation of wife from devil to fragile comes with a small cost of few hundred bucks worth of shopping.

But for every thing else in life they give mastercards eh!
